Full-size BoostedSafe models are vehicle safes. They are designed for compatible vehicle seating positions and are intended to be used according to product instructions, vehicle instructions, and applicable laws.

This is one of the main differences between BoostedSafe and a loose lockbox, glove box storage, trunk storage, or a basic cable-only setup.
Full-size BoostedSafe models are vehicle safes.
The full-size BoostedSafe models are vehicle safes. They are not child booster seats, child car seats, or child restraint systems.
The booster-seat-style cover is designed to help the safe blend into the rear-seat area. It does not make the full-size BoostedSafe safe or approved for child seating.
Never use a full-size BoostedSafe to elevate a child, position a seat belt, or replace a certified child restraint.

The BoostedSafe warranty is intended to cover manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
New and refurbished eligible BoostedSafe units carry the same warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Examples may include:
- A lock, latch, hinge, or safe component that fails under normal use
- A manufacturer defect affecting the normal function of the safe
- A product issue that prevents the safe from working as intended when properly installed and used
- A verified defect with a new or refurbished BoostedSafe unit
The warranty does not cover every type of damage, loss, or use case.
Use And Installation
- Damage caused by misuse
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
- Damage caused by using the product outside the instructions
- Damage caused by using the full-size BoostedSafe as a child booster seat or child safety seat
Theft, Break-In, Or Loss
- Damage caused by attempted theft, break-in, forced entry, prying, cutting, drilling, grinding, or impact
- Loss of valuables, firearms, electronics, documents, cash, or other items stored inside the safe
- Theft of the vehicle or theft of property from the vehicle
Wear And Other Items
- Cosmetic wear from normal use
- Scratches, dents, scuffs, or cosmetic marks that do not affect function
- Batteries or other normal replaceable items
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
BoostedSafe also offers a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Warranty decisions are based on the product issue, normal-use expectations, installation, product condition, and the information provided by the customer.

- Request that the product be returned for inspection
- Decline warranty coverage if the issue is not covered by the warranty
Approved warranty support may include:

- Replacement hinge or gas spring
- Replacement cover, if the issue is a manufacturer defect
- Replacement safe, if repair or parts replacement is not the right solution
Replacement options may depend on inventory, product model, product condition, and current availability.
Refurbished BoostedSafe units are inspected before shipping.
Refurbished BoostedSafe units are inspected before shipping and may include minor cosmetic marks.
Cosmetic marks on refurbished products are not considered manufacturer defects if they were part of the refurbished condition and do not affect normal function.

Every passenger vehicle since 2003 is required to have the necessary anchoring points. If you are unable to find your anchoring points, reach out and we will be happy to help you find them.
