Collective Retailer MAP Policy

This policy applies to new Boosted Safe products advertised to U.S. customers by Shopify Collective retailers. Each retailer’s effective date will be stated in a written notice provided at least 30 days in advance.

Prices are in U.S. dollars, excluding shipping and tax.

Advertising

Product pages, advertisements, social posts, promotional emails, and publicly promoted discounts must not advertise an effective product price below the amounts above.

This includes storewide coupons and automatic discounts advertised as applying to Boosted Safe products. Retailers should exclude these products from offers that would bring the advertised price below MAP.

Selling prices

Retailers independently set their selling prices. Private offers and discounts revealed only in a customer’s cart or checkout are outside this policy, provided the lower price or discount is not publicly promoted.

Shipping, gifts, and bundles

Free shipping and complimentary gifts are permitted. Advertised bundles containing Boosted Safe products must clearly identify a product price that meets MAP or follow a promotional offer announced by Boosted Safe.

Promotions

Boosted Safe may announce temporary MAP exceptions in writing, specifying the products, prices, and dates. Retailer-funded discounts do not reduce the product cost owed through Collective.

Enforcement

For a first violation, Boosted Safe will provide written notice and two business days to correct the advertisement. Repeated or uncorrected violations may result in suspension or termination of the retailer’s Collective connection.

Enforcement will not remove obligations for existing orders or eligible customer warranty claims.
